????周礼斌：男，1989年生，安徽安庆人。2012年年获安徽大学环境科学专业学士学位，2015年获中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所环境科学专业硕士学位，2019年获荷兰乌特勒支大学生态学博士学位。2020年至2024年先后于美国蒙大拿大学以及北京大学（国际交流引进项目）进行博士后研究。2024年2月起任中科院南京地理与湖泊研究所副研究员。

????主要研究方向为环境胁迫对淡水生态系统的影响。具体聚焦于浮游动物-浮游植物互作系统，通过室内培养实验结合野外原位试验、大数据分析以及数学模型等研究手段，旨在揭示多种环境变化对淡水生态系统在不同生态层级、不同时间尺度上多维度的影响。提出了生态胁迫因子对生态系统可能产生正作用的理论框架并揭示其具体机制，深化对气候变化后果的理解，并为预测和应对气候变化对淡水系统的影响提供科学参考。以第一或通讯作者在Trends in Ecology and Evolution（生态学排名第一）, Ecology Letters, Oikos, Limnology and Oceanography等期刊发表论文多篇，多次担任Ecology、Freshwater Biology、Oecologia 等经典生态学期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金，在重要国际学术会议上做学术报告十余次。
